Crafting Change: Creative Responses to Climate Crisis

What is the role of a writer in this time of climate crisis? How do we use our voices to stand up for fireflies, rivers, rainforests, and all beings whose futures are in peril? How do we grieve what is lost while finding strength and joy in what is possible?

In this workshop, we’ll look to the words of writers and activists who are combatting climate change. We’ll listen to the land and discover what we might learn from its wisdom. We’ll use periods of writing, sharing, and discussion to explore the power of our voices and how we can find or deepen our role in the work for a liveable future.
