Registration for Mindful Writing Six-Week Series

Sundays March 4 - April 8, 2018

1:00-3:00pm

at Taborspace, 5441 SE Belmont St., Portland OR

Tuition: $150. A $50 deposit is due upon registration via PayPal to hold your spot. The balance of your tuition can be paid at the same time as your deposit, or on the first day of class with PayPal, cash or check. 

Sliding scale tuition available. Please let me know if you would like to use this option. 

Once you've submitted this form and made your $50 deposit, I will contact you with more details about the class.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel 7 or more days prior to the class start date, payments made will be refunded in full (less a $10 processing fee).
  • If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the class start date, your $50 deposit will be retained by the instructor and will not be refunded. You will receive a refund of any tuition paid above your $50 class deposit (less a $10 processing fee).
  • No refund is available if you cancel on the class start date, if you do not show up, or if you leave a class early.
