Do you want to write but find yourself procrastinating? Does your inner critic insult whatever you put on the page? Do you long to cultivate self-compassion and connect with a supportive community of other writers? Writing and meditation are powerful tools that can help us tap into the deep well of our creativity, explore our minds, and make friends with what we find there. In this online class, you’ll learn how to:
Make friends with yourself and your writing
Learn meditation and mindfulness tools
Work with fear and resistance
Give and receive supportive feedback
Create fresh new work
Connect with a compassionate community of other writers
This workshop is open to adults 18+, regardless of experience with either writing or meditation. Registration is limited to twelve students.
Sliding scale tuition:
$45 - if you’re making ends meet
$65 - if you’re financially stable
$85 - if you’re financially flourishing
